1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are dissatisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours of the service being completed. We will arrange a re-clean at no extra cost to address the issue.

2. Refunds​

In circumstances where the issue cannot be resolved through a re-clean, a partial or full refund may be offered at the discretion of Spick N Span Solutions' management. Factors such as the nature of the concern, service scope, and supporting evidence may be considered.

3. Consumer Rights​​

This policy operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including your entitlement to a remedy for services that are not delivered with due care, skill, or as agreed.
