Terms & Conditions

By booking or using the services of Spick N Span Solutions, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before engaging our services.

1. Service Agreement

By engaging Spick N Span Solutions, you acknowledge and accept the agreed scope of services, rates, and scheduled times as outlined at the time of booking.
Any changes to the service scope or additional requests may require a separate agreement and may result in revised fees.

2. Payments & Fees

• Payment for all services is required within 7 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• A $25 administration fee may apply to late payments.

• Invoices unpaid after 14 days may be referred for recovery action, and additional costs may be charged to the client.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a service.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service fee.

• No-shows or non-accessible premises at the scheduled time may also incur this fee.

4. Liability & Damages

• Spick N Span Solutions is fully insured for public liability.

• While we take every care during our services, clients must report any accidental damage within 24 hours of the service for our team to investigate and address accordingly.

• We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, wear and tear, or items not securely fixed.

5. Health & Safety

We prioritise the safety of our staff. We reserve the right to refuse service if a property is deemed unsafe or hazardous, including but not limited to unsanitary conditions, dangerous environments, or threatening behaviour.

6. Confidentiality

All client information, property details, and access instructions provided to Spick N Span Solutions will be treated with strict confidentiality and used solely for the purpose of delivering our services.

7. Changes to Terms

Spick N Span Solutions reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time, with reasonable notice provided to clients. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
